Some materials come with a story already written, and Antwerp Granite Cobbleheads carry centuries within them.
Reclaimed from streets across Western Europe, these granite cobbles have been shaped by time. Their surfaces are gently worn, edges softened by years of footsteps, wheels and weather, creating a beautifully lived in character that cannot be replicated. The palette is equally rich, moving effortlessly from warm greige to soft grey, with green grey tones and the occasional blush of pink adding depth and variation throughout.
Cut down from traditional full cobble depth, these cobbleheads offer a more considered, efficient format, allowing for greater yield while remaining practical to transport and install. The result is a surface that feels steeped in history, yet entirely at home in contemporary design.
Outdoors, they bring texture and rhythm to pathways and terraces, form striking inlaid rugs within larger paved areas, or define spaces with quiet confidence. With the correct substrate and installation, they are equally suited to domestic driveways, where their strength and durability come into their own.
As a natural granite, they are exceptionally hardy, built to withstand the demands of everyday life. Sealing is recommended to help maintain their appearance over time and is particularly advised in areas exposed to heavier use, such as outdoor kitchens or barbecue spaces.
