Chequerboard

One of the most timeless tile layouts there is, chequerboard kitchen floors (and walls) don’t have to always be a story in black and white. Look to tiles in the same family but that come in contrasting colours, pairing brown with beige, mint with cream or even playful pastel like blue and yellow.
