Traditional Wall Tiles
Metro tiles are wall tiles first and foremost, and that's still where our range feels most at home: a brick-bond layout or a period Victorian pattern climbing upward rather than sitting underfoot.
Natural stone picks up its ageing through a tumbling process or an antique finish, sometimes with an uneven, weathered, textured surface, and porcelain designs are cast to match, cut here for a wall instead of a floor.
Further along the range sit pieces reclaimed outright rather than aged to match it: flagstone reclaimed from paving that predates our range by decades, and terracotta brought in from French chateaus, sponged clean through patient craft and put back to use, the same material that gives these wall tiles their pattern and texture in the first place. Turned vertical, it carries the same weight of age as everything else in the range, just facing outward instead of underfoot.
