Traditional Kitchen Tiles
A kitchen floor takes more daily footfall than almost any other room in the house, which is exactly what stone and terracotta were cut for long before either turned up in a modern build. Our range leans on that artisanal history instead of working around it.
Every option gets its ageing at the manufacturing stage rather than on site: a tumbled stone surface, an antiqued finish, or an irregular flagstone-style lay, mirrored in porcelain designs moulded to the same worn effect.
Set as a checkerboard, an octagon or a hexagon with cabochons, a kitchen floor starts to look like it came with the house. For a scheme wanting the material rather than the likeness, there's flagstone recovered from houses that stood long before this kitchen was built, and terracotta reclaimed from French chateaus, wiped down and returned straight to daily use. It brings the well-worn feel of an old farmhouse kitchen into a room that lives up to it every single day.
