Blue Kitchen Tiles
Kitchens rarely sit still, so a colour that settles a room rather than competing with it matters. Set against cabinetry, worktops and the everyday clutter of cooking, blue can run from a near-black depth to little more than a whisper of colour, and a kitchen can borrow from either end.
A darker, weighty tone holds its own against timber or brass fittings in a traditional kitchen, while something paler keeps a smaller galley feeling roomy rather than closed in. The same colour leans coastal in one scheme and closer to a country kitchen in the next, without needing to dominate to make its point.
It's a shade kitchens have leaned on for generations, adding a quiet, personal lift to a room that's used every day.
