Gateway Tile & Slate

Gateway Tile & Slate Ltd first opened in 1982, and has constantly evolved from day one. The business was set up in a group of old stone buildings with a long and fascinating history. This site, at the entrance to Newport Industrial Estate, and on the banks of the River Kensey, has over the years been a Watermill, a Tannery and part of Launceston Railway Junction, and has now become possibly the most unique tile and bathroom centre you will see.
