When Victoria of @frowhome decided to revamp her ensuite, she had no idea how she was going to fit in a separate bath and shower, let alone make the space feel calming and luxurious at the same time. Thankfully, designer Sophie at @simplybathroomsltd was on hand to take on the challenge, transforming a compact space into the ultimate serene sanctuary for both day and night relaxation.
The 2.4 sq m bathroom is a testament to how a considered space-saving design doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice style or storage. The titanium steel undermount bath for instance, is fully clad with our Ottoman Marble Honed. The quiet refinement of the golden veins on a crisp white backdrop is both understated and enduring and is also used for the walk-in shower for both walls and floor. It’s the perfect canvas for the blackened bronze fittings and enhances the feeling of space thanks to its seamless surface finish.
For the rest of the ensuite flooring, Victoria and Sophie selected our Buscot Limestone Parquet Tumbled & Etched Finish tiles, which feature softly rounded edges for a characterful and warm French farmhouse feel. The etched surface also reduces the risk of slippage, ideal for bathrooms, resulting in a perfect blend of practicality and statement style.
