Pip Rich

Pip Rich is the Executive Editor of Livingetc, where he leads the brand’s creative vision across print, digital, and events. A respected voice in the world of interiors journalism, Pip is known for his sharp eye, wit, and ability to translate design trends into accessible, engaging storytelling.
Before joining Livingetc, Pip held senior editorial roles at several leading UK publications, including Red, Grazia, Sunday Times Style, and Elle Decoration. He has also written the design book A New Leaf, focussing on how architects live in their own homes. Pip’s passion lies in exploring how people live now, championing interiors that balance beauty, comfort, and originality.
Jojo Barr
Founder and Creative Director, House Nine.
With over two decades of experience, Jojo has a deep understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of a room to the furniture and soft furnishings that complete it. She believes that each element contributes to the soul of a design, creating a look that is both thoughtful and uncomplicated. Passionate about crafting authentic and timeless environments, Jojo takes a hands-on approach, ensuring that each project is unique yet consistently reflects the essence of House Nine.
Paris Albert
Associate Designer & Architect, 1508 London.
Paris has worked with 1508 London for 6 Years, and as an Associate Designer for the past year. With a background in high-end residential schemes, including historic grade II and II* listed residences throughout London. Paris qualified as an architect in 2020 and has worked on a number of Global projects, both residential and hospitality including branded residences in Dubai, a private penthouse townhouse in Greece, Hotels in London, the Middle East and Asia and a number of private residences across Central London.
Paris has a deep personal interest in the intersection between architecture, luxury and social responsibility, and is an ambassador for Black Females in Architecture, which endeavours to create opportunities in the industry for young women from diverse backgrounds. Her architectural strengths come from her creativity, diligence and attention to detail in a project.
