KBB Birmingham is always a highlight in the industry calendar, but this year felt particularly special. Not only did the show give us the chance to reconnect with long-standing partners and meet new faces from across the design community, our stand was also awarded Best Bathroom Stand (over 30sqm).
“To be recognised with Best in Category at KBB is a real honour, but more than anything it’s a reflection of the people behind the stand. It takes a huge amount of effort and teamwork to bring something like this to life, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team who made it happen. It’s also been wonderful to see so many of our customers, partners and friends stopping by. These shows are always about the conversations as much as the materials, and it’s a reminder of how lucky we are to work in such a passionate and creative industry.” Hamish Smith, CEO & Founder.
A Mediterranean villa-inspired stand
For KBB Birmingham 2026, we wanted to create something more immersive than a traditional exhibition space. The stand took its architectural inspiration from a Mediterranean villa, using softly curved arches, layered textures and warm natural tones. Rather than simply displaying products, the space was designed to show how Ca’ Pietra materials can be specified, layered and combined within real interiors. It was a place for conversation, discovery and connection, giving visitors time to explore the surfaces and the stories behind them. At the centre of the stand sat a courtyard space featuring our new Tapestry patterned paving collection and the central bar brought together several of our latest collections including Stone Glaze, Nonna’s Kitchen and our Bamboo Mosaic in Caramel, creating a tactile display of colour, pattern and texture.
Special thanks to our stand partners who contributed with beautiful furniture, accessories and lighting to enhance our stand: BC Designs, Coat, Joro Home, Neptune, Nth Degree, Oka, Pooky and Pure White Lines. Thanks also to Folkingtons Drinks and Pale Fox Prosecco for keeping us refreshed throughout the show.

A first look at our Spring Summer launches
A series of arched display bays introduced visitors to preview our upcoming Spring Summer collections, each presented through a different interior setting.
The Basin nook explored wall applications using Hoxton, a new marble effect porcelain, paired with Enso flooring to create a calm, textural backdrop.
The Shower nook highlighted the latest additions to our National Trust collection, including Abbey Parquet and Abbey Dove & Ivory chequerboard.
The Kitchen nook introduced the Indirah collection, layered with Oasis Veloute and a handmade white zellige worktop, bringing together crafted surfaces and natural textures.
Together, these spaces demonstrated how thoughtful combinations of tile, stone and surface materials can shape kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces with depth and personality.

Thank you for visiting
KBB Birmingham is always about more than the materials on display. It is about the conversations, the ideas exchanged, and the relationships that continue to shape the industry.
Over four days it was fantastic to reconnect with many of our long standing partners, while also meeting new contacts discovering Ca’ Pietra for the first time. To everyone who stopped by Stand G50, joined us for Aperitivo, or paused for a chat, thank you for being part of such a memorable week.
