When the owners of this stunning kitchen set about giving the space a complete revamp, they wanted flooring that looked just like real stone but was easy to lay and low maintenance.
Our new Minérale Click Tile was the perfect choice, as it’s made from a hardwearing Stone Polymer Composite with a printed decorative layer and can be laid over the original floor. There’s no need to remove the existing floor or skirting, as the Minérale Click Tiles are simply laid over the top.
They are ideal for kitchens, as they are sturdy and robust, plus the collection is compatible with underfloor heating, absorbs sound, is waterproof, easy to clean and comfy and warm underfoot as well as being a breeze to fit. And because it’s blended with repurposed minerals, it’s a sustainable option, too.
Designed by @simplybathroomsltd, this space is tranquil and calming, bringing a sense of the outside, in. The Minérale design selected was our Leonardo Minérale Pure Matt Click Tile with its detailed marble effect. It’s the perfect blend of natural beauty and a luxe look, which works wonderfully as a base for the pale blue cabinetry and striking splashback.
Practical and eye-catching, the splashback is crafted from a mix of our Pottery Porcelain Natural Cotton Square and Pottery Porcelain Khaki Smoke Square tiles, which look beautiful with the natural timber open shelving, which is used to display glassware, ceramics and potted plants. With adjustable angled wall lights overhead to highlight this area after dark, this kitchen oozes personality and design flair, making it a lovely space in which to cook and eat.
