Long Island Blend Marble Honed Finish brings a unique character to any space with its varied aesthetic, showcasing a dynamic mix of tones. These tiles are comprised of batches of our popular Long Island Marble, but feature too much variation in tone compared with our quality control standards. Some tiles also feature staining which can usually be cleaned away with our Deep Clean product. Designed for internal use, Long Island Blend is well-suited to walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and splashbacks. As with all natural stone, these tiles require sealing to maintain their integrity and appearance over time. When installing, we recommend blending tiles from multiple boxes to achieve a balanced distribution of tones and veining. This approach ensures a harmonious finish that celebrates the unique variations found in each tile. Please note, this marble is prone to efflorescence. To prevent this, store in a dry area and use rapid or semi-rapid set adhesive, such as our Sarsen Home Premium Semi-Rapid Adhesive, during installation.
