We’re incredibly excited to reveal a brand-new look across pretty much all touch points, including a new website, new brochure (that lands this month), new products and SO.MUCH.MORE.
We hope you've had a chance to read The Paper By Ca' Pietra, our bi-annual newspaper, produced exclusively for Ca' Pietra Retail Partners which details everything you need to know about the world of Ca' Pietra.
For now, here's all you need to know about the new site....

Welcome to the new look Ca' Pietra. We are thrilled to have you here. Our team have been busy working on our rebrand and new website for more than a year, we hope you love what you see. As part of our new website launch, we have heaps of exciting benefits for you, our Retail Partners. But, to make sure we don't hit any glitches, we are rolling out the retailer benefits and functionality in a phased approach. And here's how that will look:
- Our website goes live and we'll be letting customers and retailers get to grips with the new customer experience. As a retailer you'll be able to find live stock levels across all product pages, so there's no need to log-in like you used to.
- Our ecommerce team will spend the next week closely monitoring the performance of the new site, we want to make sure there's no bugs.
- Once we are satisfied the website is a robust environment, we will invite you to access your retailer account area by setting your access password. You'll receive this invite via email.
- As 'Web Admin' for your company you will be able to invite other team members to join too, make orders reflecting your pricing tier, view historic orders, make individual customer wish lists which you can later purchase, view your credit limit, review helpful guides and catalogs and contact us.
So, we ask that you are patient as we roll-out these changes that we hope will make your life so much easier.
